We deploy a rigorous 4-tier inspection process across the entire production cycle:
IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We verify all raw materials and third-party components before they enter production, stopping defective stock at the gate.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Active on-site inspections take place during production, including Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) verification for critical dimensions to ensure micron-level accuracy.
