Here is how our closed-loop quality assurance system guarantees your specifications are met every single time:

1. Pre-Production Alignment & Inspection Planning

Before a single machine starts running, our QA/QC Department reviews the Production Job Order:

  • Requirement Review: We verify drawing specifications, tolerances, and job requirements to ensure complete technical alignment.

  • Custom Inspection Worksheets: We generate tailored Inspection Instructions so our technicians know exactly what critical features to measure at every stage.

2. Multi-Stage Quality Gates

We deploy a rigorous 4-tier inspection process across the entire production cycle:

  • IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We verify all raw materials and third-party components before they enter production, stopping defective stock at the gate.

  • IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Active on-site inspections take place during production, including Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) verification for critical dimensions to ensure micron-level accuracy.

  • OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Inter-stage inspection for parts moving to secondary operations (like heat treatment, plating, or surface finishing) to ensure sub-assemblies meet specs before processing continues.

  • FQC (Final Quality Control): A comprehensive final inspection on finished products evaluating dimensions, cosmetics, function, and packaging requirements.

3. Closed-Loop Accountability

Our process features built-in corrective loops:

  • Acceptance: Orders that pass final verification are released directly to shipping.

  • Rejection & Feedback Loop: Any non-conforming parts are flagged immediately and routed back to the Job Order stage for root-cause analysis, preventing repeat errors and keeping yield rates high.
