• Precision & Quality Upgrade — Expanded manufacturing capabilities by adopting 3-axis turning lathes, 4-axis milling machines, and a 3-axis programmable CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to enhance accuracy and quality control.

2005

• Global Expansion — Relocated manufacturing operations to Dongguan, China, and officially established Asia America.

• ISO Certification — Earned SGS ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification.

• Digital Management — Implemented the Sunlike ERP system to streamline and track production processes.

• Facility Relocation & Restructuring — Relocated production within Dongguan City to align with updated industrial zoning regulations. Following a transition to new ownership and management, the factory was officially renamed Asia America MFG Inc (Dongguan).

2025

• Global Brand Alignment & Modernization — Accelerated growth with major investments in next-generation, high-efficiency production machinery. To unify our global identity with our official website, our U.S. headquarters was rebranded to GIM TEK Inc.
